My fee is $200 for a 50-minute counseling/psychotherapy session. Fees are to be paid at the time of service and may be paid by my secure payment system, IvyPay. I currently contract with Lyra and Modern Health employee Assistance Plans as well as Aetna, Oscar, Oxford and United Heath Care insurance plans. I am considered an out of network provider with other insurance plans. Most PPO plans offer reimbursement for services rendered from out of network providers. I can provide a superbill/invoice you can use for filing with your insurance company's out of network benefits.
In compliance with Title 45, section 149.610 Code of Federal Regulations, I will provide a "Good Faith Estimate" of anticipated therapy costs to private pay clients at the start of treatment.
